- Owners of the Flatiron Building continue renovations to upgrade the building to modern-day offices (via Commercial Observer).
- Timothy Oulton leased the ground floor and lower level of 901 Broadway for its East Coast flagship store (via New York Times).
- Construction on Madison House, an 805-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 126 Madison Avenue, is almost completed. The 62-story tower is designed by Handel Architects will have 199 condominiums and a 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space (via New York YIMBY).
